A Little Shoe-spiration.

HELLO!

Just a quick post this afternoon; I've got to start getting ready for tonight's events and I'm doing a friend's nails beforehand, also! :e

So, this past Christmas my brother gave me these:

Are these not the most ballin' shoez or what? :P

Literally every time I look at them I think, "that would make for a really awesome mani." WELL, I finally did it last night and this it how it turned out:

I am pretty darn pleased. ;) I used China Glaze Towel Boy Toy, stamped using BM-221 and Konad Special Polish in Black, and filled in some of the leopard spots with PureICE Flirt Alert. What do y'all think?! I loves them. ^_^

31 Day Challenge! Day 16 - Tribal Nails

Hello, ladies! 

I'm taking a much needed break from paper writing and final studying to post my tribal nails real quick. I knew there was no way I could have done as well as some of the other girls did (atleast not right now; practice makes perfect!) on their tribal nails, not to mention I've been lacking free time, so I picked something pretty simple to do. 

*Artificial light, no flash

I forgot my brushes on my venture to see the boyfriend so I was forced to use a cheapo eye shadow brush to make the lines. :P I think they look silly, but I didn't feel like doing them over. Aaand my top coat smudged my ring finger, too. :\ Oh well! If you'd like to know any of the colors used, please ask; I don't have time to post them right now. :( 

See ya'll on day 17 (hopefully by Wednesday)! I've got a bangin' glitter on. :D

31 Day Challenge! Day 14: Flower Nails

 Hi, everyone. :) 

I had bigger expectations for my flower nails, but it turns out I don't have many good stamping polishes. That's definitely going to change after Christmas, though. :D This is really simple, but I ended up liking it pretty well. Atleast for the day. :P Soooo, here it is!

*Natural light, no flash.

*Artificial light, with flash. 

For this I used Pure Ice Creme Flirt Alert and Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear Gunmetal. What do you guys think? :i

31 Day Challenge! Day 9 - Rainbow Nails

Haaappy Thursday! There were so many possibilities for today's RAINBOW nails and naturally I couldn't choose, so I decided to do what my boyfriend suggested. :$ I'm just starting to get used to my brushes/free handing with my dominant hand, so this alone took me quite a bit to do, even though it's not a difficult concept at all. I'm a little bit of a perfectionist when it comes to nail painting, though, so I wanted to make sure I did my best. >.< Anywayz, here are my :rainbow nails. 

*Artificial Light, with flash.

The polishes I used: a no name by Goldie that came in a Bath & Body Works pedicure set, Petites Mango, Zoya Pippa, Pure Ice Wild Thing, Milani Dude Blue, Sally Hansen Purple Potion, and OPI Road House Blues.

31 Day Challenge! Day 7 - Black & White Nails

Good moooorning! I was really excited about doing black and white nails for this challenge because I've had a couple of neat ideas floating around in my head. I was happy with what I chose, but now that I'm sitting here looking at my pictures I don't like any of them, hah. :| Anyway, here's the best one I thought I had!

For this I used Sephora by OPI A-ha! Moment and Pure Ice Black Rage, and the stamping plate I used was Bundle Monster's BM-208. I will definitely use these stamps again. Love 'em! Thanks for reading. :i

31 Day Challenge! Day 4 - Green Nails

Hey Y'all!

This post is going to be a bit short because I have lots of stuff to do tonight, but for today's GREEN NAILS I chose Pure Ice Wild Thing and Confetti My Favorite Martian to pull off a slight Funky French that I got from Chloe's Nails! 

Now, off to do my INSANITY workout and pack! One of my best friend's weddings is tomorrow and the rest of the bridesmaids and I are heading down this afternoon for the rehearsal dinner! It's going to be amazing. :)

31 Day Challenge! Day 3 - Yellow Nails

Hellooooo!

Today is day YELLOW and I'm really excited about it because this caused me to purchase my first ever Zoya polish! I've been wanting a Zoya polish for so long and I am NOT disappointed. I don't have many yellows at all, but I think this one is going to be hard to top. 

So now I shall present to you, Zoya Pippa!

Yayayay! This was taken outside in the shade.

Then, of course, I added Nubar 2010 to all of my nails and striped my ring fingers with Pure Ice Black Rage and striping tape that I purchase from BornPretty Store! I was impatient, as always, and added my top coat too early to my striped finger so it smeared a bit, oopsy. My cuticles are looking rough in this one, too, ugh. Oh well!

Pippa has really made me love yellow nail polish, forrealz. AND my super sweet boyfriend bought me four more Zoya polishes on Halloween and I'm awaiting them ever so anxiously. Hope they hurrryyy! :)
